Huawei Y3 (2018) Android Go smartphone goes Live

The Huawei Y3 (2018) packs a unibody and features a 5-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. The device is powered by a MediaTek MT6737M processor. It is backed by a 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via micro SD card slot.Huawei has added a new member to its Y-series with the launch of Y3 (2018) smartphone. The smartphone is now listed on Huawei's website, however, there is no information on its price and availability.  The device is available in White, Grey and gold colour options.

The Huawei Y3 (2018) runs on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go edition). The Go edition was first announced at Google I/O 2017 and it meant for low-end devices that run with 512MB to 1GB of memory. The aim is to provide the latest Android updates to the masses and it will be available as a part of Android 8.1 release.

The device is juiced by a 2280mAh battery and support connectivity options like 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, Glonass, micro USB port and dual-SIM support. The phone measures 145.1 x 73.7 x 9.45mm and weighs 180 grams. Sensors include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor.
