It seems that HMD Global is prepping to launch yet another smartphone pretty soon. The company might introduce a new smartphone under Nokia brand, which could be named as Nokia 6.1 Plus.

The smartphone has been found listed on Google’s ARCore website. For the unintended, ARCore will bring augmented reality experience to Android smartphones. The ARCore works on three capabilities to integrate virtual content with the real world including motion tracking, environmental understanding and light estimation. Google has listed all the devices that support the new ARCore and Nokia 6.1 Plus is one of them.
Little is known about the Nokia 6.1 Plus as it is the first time we are hearing this name. However, many believe it could an international variant of the recently launched Nokia X6. The phone was introduced in May this year in China and it comes with an iPhone X-like notch. comes loaded with a 5.8-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels, 19:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device is powered by the latest octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset clocked at 1.8 GHz along with Adreno 509 GPU.
The Nokia X6 features 4GB/6GB of RAM and 32/64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via micro SD card slot. The phone features dual rear camera setup with a combination of 16-megapixel primary sensor and 5-megapixel secondary monochrome lens with f/2.0 aperture and 1-micron pixel size. For the front, there is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling.
