Of course, with smartphones getting bigger and bigger and cute purses remaining as small and useless as ever, this problem has plagued many-a-formal-event-attending women. There’s one solution: the Zanco Tiny T1.
This feature phone looks like a run-of-the-mill device from the 90s, way back when phones weren’t all screen. What’s so special about it? Look again:
It’s literally as small as your manicured thumb.
Waaay smaller than the typical smartphone. Here it is side by side with the Google Pixel 2, which is a smaller-sized handset by today’s standards.
And yes, you can make calls and send texts with this phone. Simply plug in a nano-SIM and you’re ready to go!
That is if you can text on it! The buttons are too small even for my tiny hands, so it takes a great deal of effort to write cohesive messages.
As for calls, it surprisingly has pretty loud speakers in such a small body.
It uses a micro-USB port and boasts three days of battery time and three hours of talk time in this teeny body.
Aside from basic features like contact and music syncing plus Bluetooth connectivity, the Tiny T1 can’t really do a whole lot, so your social media has to wait when you’re on this thing. It does have a voice changer which is pretty amusing — but it also leaves me wondering what in the world I’d need it for other than to prank random friends (which gets old after a while, TBH).
Considering its size, though, it does plenty. But most of all, it will fit any and all purses out there.
Real talk though: It’s not like it can replace my smartphone, but a teeny cellphone is better than no smartphone. Plus, you can’t beat the fact that I have the tiniest phone in the world.
