Comio C1 Pro launched with dual VoLTE, face unlock feature Review


The Comio C1 Pro features a 5-inch HD display and runs on Google’s latest Android 8.1 Oreo. The device is powered by a 64-bit Quad-core MediaTek 6739 chipset with 1.5GB RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. The C1 Pro supports dual 4G VoLTE/ViLTE with dedicated slots for two SIMs and an SD card.

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Comio has announced the entry-level Comio C1 Pro smartphone in India as a successor the C2 Lite which was launched earlier this year. The smartphone comes with a slew of features including Dual 4G VoLTE connectivity and face unlock available for a lower price of Rs 5,599 across Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Shopclues, Paytm and offline retail stores in the country.

There’s an 8MP camera with autofocus at the rear end while the front-facing camera is a 5MP sensor which comes equipped with face unlock, Intruder Selfie for enhanced security. The phone comes with a Venus browser and supports up to 22 Indian regional languages with WPS Office, PPT/Word/Excel/PDF pre-installed on the device.

The C1 Pro comes with a one-year plus 100 days of warranty with an additional 30-day replacement and a special buyback and upgrades offer that lets you replace your old smartphone with a new one. An assured 40 percent return will be provided on buying the latest phone by submitting an existing Comio smartphone. The company has also partnered with Reliance Jio to offer a Rs 2,200 cashback (44 x Rs 50 vouchers) when recharging for at least Rs 198 or Rs 299.

The Comio C1 Pro will be available in Metallic grey, Sunrise gold and Royal black for an asking price of Rs 5,599 and will be sold across offline retailers in India as well as online partners including Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Shopclues, and Paytm.
